How do I add someone to my circle?
Open your circle, tap Invite, and send the link to the person you want to add. They join once they accept it.
Can I control what each person sees?
Yes. When you invite someone, choose their role, such as view only, can log medication, or can edit. You can change it at any time.
How do I remove someone?
The person who created the circle can remove any member from the circle's settings.
Can I download our information?
Yes. Go to Settings and choose Export, or email us and we will send it to you.
How do I delete my account?
Go to Settings, then Account, then Delete account. You can also email us and we will do it for you. See our privacy policy for what happens to your information.
Is Care Circle medical advice?
No. Care Circle helps you keep track of care. For medical questions, speak to your GP or pharmacist, or call NHS 111. In an emergency, call 999.
